by and large, it was easy base for sightseeing in cancun, had much fun. everything was good, but a few employees were kind of rude. the american buffet breakfast was included and had lots of food.

Thank you, I would stay here again, loved this hotel. The breakfast is large with lots of dishes, relaxing rooms. Positioned in the nice area. Again, the venue is located a 10-15 minute walk from Dubai Palace.

Fairly clean place accompanied by affable staff. The staff did all they can for a great stay. Comfortable beds and central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and an ironing set. The service at this business hotel was great. The property was in an good area. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Don Tino that is only 5 minutes' walk away.
